E-commerce & BYOA
Service Provider Integration: Integrate your Canada Post, GLS, DHL, FedEx, Purolator, UPS and other accounts with the Machool platform to compare rates.
E-commerce Integration: Sync your Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed, Wix, Etsy, and Panierdachat accounts to review orders and make shipments.
Platform overview
The Machool platform has three main functions: Ship, Manage, and Analytics.
Ship
The "Ship" function gives you the ability to create one or multiple shipments at once. Use this tab to compare shipping rates across different service providers.
Manage
The Manage tab allows you to review and modify any of your shipping information across providers.
- Shipments: Review shipment status and details.
- Pick-ups: Schedule shipment pick-ups.
- History: Review all shipments made.
- Senders: Review and add account Senders.
- Recipients: Review and add Recipients.
- Providers: Add or update service providers.
- Cost centers: Add or update Cost centers.
- Ackowledgment: Add a disclaimer to your business account as a reminder to your account users to follow company policies when making a shipment.
- Labels: Select between two default shipping label sizes, 4" x 6" or 8.5" x 11". Once you select one, all your shipping labels will print for that size.
- Analytics: The analytics tab gives you insight into the total cost and number of shipments from different providers all in one dashboard.
